1. Takedown Requests & Non-Consensual Content

If you believe content on our platform:

• Features you without your consent (non-consensual content / deepfakes).
• Was uploaded without proper authorization or rights.
• Depicts illegal activity, violence, or exploitation.
• Violates your copyright or trademark (DMCA).

Please submit a removal request immediately.

2. How to File a Request

Send an email to support@fetishnetwork.com or submit a request via our Report Content Form containing the following information:

• URL(s): Exact web links to the specific content you wish to report.
• Reason for Request: Description of why the content should be removed (e.g., non-consensual, underage, copyright infringement).
• Identification: Proof of identity (or authorized representation) to ensure content is removed at the request of the affected individual or rights holder.
• Contact Details: Your full name and a valid email address.

3. Response & Processing Timeline

• Immediate Action: Upon receiving a complaint involving non-consensual media, CSAM, or illegal content, the flagged material will be temporarily hidden or removed within 24 hours pending investigation.
• Resolution: We aim to investigate and issue a full resolution or permanent takedown within 48 to 72 hours.
• Counter-Notices: If content is removed due to a copyright claim, the uploader may be notified and given an opportunity to file a counter-notice in accordance with applicable legal standards.
